Olde Tyme Architecture, LLC
Olde Tyme Architecture, LLC, was incorporated in Colorado in early 2006, its goal being to improve the quality of architecture and design in the Denver area, as well as throughout the state of Colorado.

With this goal in mind, OTArch, LLC has performed residential remodels and rehabs in the Denver area, and has remodeled and designed a number of homes in the mounatins of Colorado. The recently constructed townhomes on the Arkansas River in Salida is a prime example of the quality design that the firm performs, incorporating Energy Star features that exceed current requriements.

The firm is also involved in other green projects, and works with consulting firms to incorporate sustainable elements in all of its projects.

OTArch, LLC always incorporates the latest and most efficient in building systems designs, such as using LED lighting and the correct materials and systems in the design of exterior walls.  Again, the firm consults with product manufacturers and national organizations (such as the Architectural Woodwork Institute) to be sure buildings are designed per the most recent standards of these organizations.

James Fraser, AIA
Mr. Fraser is the Principal of OTA, LLC. He is a licensed architect in the State of Colorado, and has performed work in over a dozen states. He is a graduate of the University of Illinois at Chicago, itself a center for architecture in the country. He has over thwent-three years of experience in the profession.

In addition to the goals listed above, Mr. Fraser's other reason for starting the firm was his goal of improving the quality of the business practices he has seen throughout the country. Mr. Fraser believes in honesty, fair fees, and business with integrity. In addition to the work he performs throughout the state, he has performed a good deal of work for his Church, always pro bono, and volunteers regularly for Habitat for Humanity.

On a personal level, Mr. Fraser is very involved in outdoor activities, from whitewater kayaking to rock climbing, and worked part-time as a climbing and kayaking guide for over ten years. He is also involved in martial arts, plays bass guitar, and can often be found working on his Jeeps or his house (when he's not working on your project, of course).
